Throwing Back Negative Thoughts

Those that know me well know that I love baseball. There are many interesting traditions in baseball, but one that has always entertained me is with fans of the Chicago Cubs. When a Cub hits a home run, the fan that catches the ball is able to keep it. However, whenever someone who is on the visiting team hits a home run, the fans actually throw the ball back onto the field. They are able to keep it if they want, but since it’s not a Cubs home run, they throw it back and don’t want to keep it. It is a fun tradition that other teams have now begun to follow.

I was recently reading an article about rejecting negative thoughts. It was interesting because the article did not say to avoid negative thoughts, or even resist them. Instead, it said to reject them. I looked into this further. What does it mean to reject something? The definition I found is to “throw back”. It’s very much like the baseball example. When a Cubs fan catches a home run, they have a choice. Do I keep the ball, or throw it back? In the positive situation of a Cub hitting the ball, they choose to keep it. In the negative situation of an opponent hitting the ball, they choose to reject the ball by throwing it back.

This comparison is the same with our thoughts. We can never stop negative thoughts from coming, and to resist them gives too much energy to the negative situation. The Bible says to take our thoughts captive. We should take time each day to monitor our thoughts. It is up to us to choose the thoughts we wish to accept, and those we wish to reject. When we receive a positive thought, we should keep it and cherish it. When we receive a negative thought, we simply need to reject it. Once again, do not fight the negative thoughts. Simply acknowledge it is there, and throw it back.

I have found that this is a much easier and much more effective way to deal with negative thoughts. Instead of resisting and giving them power, we throw them away, thus making room for more positive thoughts. This is important because our circumstances are determined by our thoughts. The more positive thoughts a person has, the more positive circumstances they will have. In essence, when you throw away the negative thoughts, you throw away most negative circumstances! And the great thing is that you have full control of your thoughts, which is very empowering. So throw away those thoughts you don’t want. Replace each negative thought with a positive one, and I believe you will experience many more positive situations in your life. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

The Importance of the F Word

March 12, 2021

During the past few weeks, I continue to be shown the significance of the F word. It is very important that I place my attention on it and use it as much as possible. The reason is that…

OK, stop it! I am not talking about THAT F word. I know you were thinking it. Seriously, I try to avoid thinking about and using that other F word. I’m sorry, I should stop now before this blog post becomes cursed. Anyway, there is another word that I keep being reminded of. I’ve written about it, I’ve heard sermons preaching it, and it has been part of almost every reading material I’ve come across in the past few weeks (do you think God is trying to drive it into my head and asking me to share?).

That magical F word is focus. Focus on what? It’s come up several different ways. Mainly, the discussions have been about focusing on positive thoughts. Focusing on whatever is “true, noble, right, lovely and admirable” according to Philippians 4:8 in the Bible. Focusing on who God says I am, not the false thoughts that I have or others may have about me. Focusing on the good in everyone else. Focusing on the fact that God is constantly working for my good. Focusing on the fact that in God I have all things, and all things are possible.

That’s a small sample of where my focus and your focus should be. Another reminder with this and why it is so significant is that what we experience in life is a direct reflection of what we focus on. If we focus on those things I mentioned, we experience situations and circumstances that back them up! If we focus on what’s wrong or what’s missing, that is what we will continue to experience. It’s such a simple formula. Yet so many (and I certainly add myself so many times) try to do things the hard way by trying to change the circumstances instead of the mental focus, which is the root of the problem. I’ve said it many times, but this is so liberating to me because it gives me full control! No one in this universe except for me determines my thoughts. It’s all in my control. Only you control your thoughts. It’s simply a matter of controlling your thoughts (remaining focused on them) and then letting the circumstances play out accordingly. If you like the thoughts, you will like the circumstances!

So keep reminding yourself of that F word… FOCUS! Constantly check in with your thoughts, to make sure they are high quality, just as you want your exterior life to be. The more you do it, the easier it gets, and the more rewarding your life will be. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

Driving Home the Point That Thoughts Matter

March 3, 2021

This may be a different way to begin a post than I normally do, but I will admit that I am not the most patient driver. In fact, if I’m being honest, I will say that I am rather nasty. I have many pet peeves when I drive. I don’t drive very fast, but I get frustrated easily when people drive under the speed limit unnecessarily, or I get angry at those who don’t use their turn signals. Others annoy me because they are simply clueless on the roads.

Now, I am not painting a very positive picture of myself so I’m going to quit while I’m behind. It always surprises people when I share about how impatient and inconsiderate I am on the road. Most that know me well would tell you that I am one of the most mild-mannered, patient, kind, and sympathetic individuals on the planet. In fact, some even criticize how far I will go just to avoid a conflict. Perhaps it’s because I learned to drive while living on Long Island (one of the most difficult places to drive), but for whatever reason, driving is the only time I behave so poorly.

I share this with you because my negative driving habits came to light this past week. We added another (and last) daughter to our auto insurance policy. In order to keep costs down, we are offered discounts for enrolling in an online defensive driving course. I spent the day on the computer and actually enjoyed this excellent course. It was also a major wake-up call. I realized that my bad attitude and corresponding bad driving habits like illegal passes, balancing all kinds of foods with the steering wheel, and spending more time checking what’s on the radio than what’s in front of me were not only dangerous to me, but also to those around me. I realized I needed to change these negative habits. I decided that I was immediately going to become more courteous and more focused when I drove. In fact, I was going to take it a step further. Not only was I going to be courteous. I was going to be the most courteous driver on the road!

After being such a nasty driver for so long, and having enough experience to know how life works, I expected immediate tests to my patience. I was curious to see how long this new attitude would actually last. For the first few days, I held my end of the bargain (even though my end was the only end). However, as the days went on, there were no tests! No slow drivers or series of red lights to test my patience. Everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing. Traffic was flowing smoothly every time. Drivers were even being extra courteous to me!  Even the weather cooperated. On the first day after the test, it snowed for most of the day… except for the times I drove that day!

I’ve written countless articles on this site about how the circumstances in our lives reflect the quality of focus on our thoughts. If we focus on positive thoughts, we generally experience positive outcomes. Of course, the same correlation is true for negative thoughts. I’ve seen many examples of this in my life. However, this experience has been a very powerful reminder. I realized that, even though it was on a subconscious level, every time I got into the car, I expected negative situations, that I ultimately encountered. Now, as my focus and attitude changed, I stopped encountering these negative circumstances. Driving was actually a joy. And this change occurred instantly!

I share this reminder with you, my cherished reader. Be conscious of your thoughts. Continually watch what you focus your thoughts on. If the circumstances in a particular situation are not as you would like them to be, I challenge you to change your focus. Instead of thinking about what’s wrong or what you don’t have, focus instead on what is already right and good, or at least what could be positive about it. I find this very encouraging because this strategy puts us in full control. We may not be able to control some or all of the circumstances around us, but we can all control our thoughts and attitudes which have the ultimate effect on how the circumstances turn out. Your results may not be as immediate as they were in my situation, but in most cases changes occur very quickly.

Once again I remind you that you will experience in life whatever you focus your thoughts on. If you constantly see the negative in people and things, that’s what you will continue to experience. If you see the good in people in things, you will only experience more of it. In addition, as they did with my new driving attitude, the negative situations will eventually diminish if you keep focused on the positive. Not everything is always going to go our way, and I’m not saying you’re wrong if you’re not happy every minute of the day. However, I have learned from many experiences (and now this recent one) that good things happen when you look for them. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

Using the Heart For Manifestation

July 6, 2020

The heart is one of the most powerful parts of the body. Most would obviously associate it with keeping the blood circulating in the body. After all, when the heart stops working, so does our body. People also associate the heart with our feelings, especially that of love. In some respects, you can relate the heart with manifesting desires because our feelings help with rapid manifestation. However, I would say that manifestation of our goals and desires is most often connected with thoughts that come from the mind, not the heart. However, I present a question to you. Are heart and mind actually connected in some way?

I read a very interesting article the other day that shows a connection between heart and mind. It is titled “Your Heart is Your Subconscious Mind.” I highly recommend checking it out. The main idea of the article is that the ideas of the heart, especially those used in the Bible, are referring to the subconscious mind. In essence, the heart and subconscious are one and the same. As I’ve mentioned on this site many times, the subconscious is the part of your mind that controls your beliefs. Your beliefs ultimately control your actions, which ultimately control your results. If you want to change your results, you need to change the beliefs you have in your subconscious.

Let’s discuss this further. In the article, the author says there are over 5,000 scriptures that reference the heart. He suggests substituting the word heart for subconscious mind. I tried this and found it very powerful. Here are some examples. Proverbs 23:7 says “as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” Isn’t it true that as a man thinks in his subconscious mind so is he? Remember, that is where man’s deepest beliefs are, and those beliefs are ultimately who he becomes. If he believes he is or even can be successful, he will be. If he thinks he is poor or a loser, that’s how his life will turn out. Let’s try some more. One I’ve shared about lately is from Proverbs 4:23. It says to “guard your heart (subconscious mind) above all else, for it determines your life.” The idea I’ve presented several times already can’t get more clear than that. The quality of your subconscious mind determines the quality of your life. Make sure you guard your mind diligently, only allowing the thoughts that will enhance that quality you desire in your life.

You may have heard the verse “create in me a clean heart” from Psalm 51. David prayed this after committing a major sin. It would make sense that he is asking God to clean out of his subconscious mind all unclean thoughts, so he won’t act on them and sin again. Mark 11:23 is a powerful verse about faith… “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart (subconscious mind) but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.” In other words, if you believe something to be true in your subconscious mind, it will be true in manifested form in your life. One more I will reference is Proverbs 3:5… “Trust in the Lord with all your heart(subconscious mind); do not depend on your own understanding.” When the assurance of God’s presence, peace, and love are embedded in your mind and held as a firm belief, you live your life accordingly and experience great joy, love, and success as He “makes your paths straight” as noted in the next verse. There are plenty of other excellent verses you can make this substitution with. Here are 100 Bible verses about the heart.

Hopefully, you can see that this connection with the heart and subconscious mind makes total sense. How can you use this information to manifest your desires? Your main task is to make sure your heart (subconscious mind) is right. Guard it diligently. Only allow thoughts that will embed ideas of success, joy, positivity, peace, and whatever you are seeking in life to live deep in your subconscious. When thoughts and beliefs are held there, the corresponding manifestations are automatic, and often effortless. You do need to take action, but those actions are also automatic and natural, and you will barely feel like you are doing any work if your faith is strong enough. There are several ways you can plant positive and empowering thoughts in the garden of your subconscious mind. The ones I have used successfully are visualization, positive affirmations, and hypnosis. I will provide links to how you can use those methods below.

5 Step Visualization Process

How to Make Your Affirmations Believable

The Power of Hypnosis…And What It Can Do For You

I was really challenged by the article I shared with you. Indeed, I believe you can make references to the heart synonymous with the subconscious mind. When you have a belief (whether it’s positive or negative) in your subconscious mind, it always manifests in your outer world. You have full control of what’s allowed to enter your heart. Let it be filled with thoughts of how great life would be if you had those things, and feel the corresponding emotions. I know you will see them in your life sooner than later. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

The One Absolutely Necessary Ingredient For Rapid Manifestation

June 8, 2020

Everyone wants to manifest their greatest desires as quickly as possible, myself included. There are several ways to make that happen. However, there is one factor that stands out as the most necessary for the rapid manifestation of your goals and living the life you want to live.

What is that necessary element? One word describes it. It’s called belief. When you believe that what you desire is on its way to you, that’s when you will see it manifest. On the other hand, if you don’t believe, it takes much longer for your desire to be realized.

Two of my favorite Bible verses attest to this. I was reminded of one recently, which is what inspired me to write this article. It is Matthew 21:22 which says, “and if you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” It doesn’t get any simpler or more obvious than that. Now, some people get caught up in a religious tangle with this verse. They argue back, “yeah but only if it’s God’s will.” I can understand that argument. After all, God’s will is more significant than anything in my life or yours. However, I get around this in two ways. First of all, I see the word anything in some versions of this verse. The version I used says “whatever you ask for.” I feel like as long as I am asking for something that God would approve of, I’m right to ask. As long as I’m not asking for something that goes against His word, I’m not wrong to ask. I also know that God has our best interests in mind. God has said no to my prayers before. However, I know my prayers were still answered. That’s because EVERY TIME a particular prayer was rejected, I received something far better than I could have imagined. The same is true for you. In the case that God doesn’t allow a particular desire to manifest for you, know that something even better is coming for you. However, don’t get caught up in whether God may answer your wish or not. Just know and believe that He can.

Another verse that shows the importance of belief for the rapid manifestation of desires is Mark 11:24. This verse actually has the same context as the previous one. It is worded differently, but the concept is the same… “therefore I tell you, everything that you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” This is my favorite verse in the entire Bible because it takes the concept of belief and faith to a higher level. Not only do you believe that God can do what you’re asking, you’re believing that it’s already done! Since it’s already done, it’s just a matter of time until it manifests. This kind of belief indeed accelerates the process!

How do you fix the belief in your mind that it’s already done? I often discuss the concepts of visualization and affirmations at this site. When you use visual images to picture your life as it would be with your manifested desire, or speak words of confirmed completion and feel the corresponding emotions, you are creating the necessary belief to shorten the timeline of your goal’s arrival.

This is a topic I will continue to discuss with future posts, but I wanted to share one more key idea. The Bible also says “faith without works is dead” which means that we have to take action in addition to maintaining a high level of belief. So why is faith necessary? It’s because you are much more likely to act if you are confident that something can be done successfully. I know this is true in my own case. When I don’t have a strong belief that I can do something successfully, I am much more likely to procrastinate and hesitate to take the necessary action. When it comes to things I know I can do and I have the strong belief that I will be successful, I have no problem finding the time and taking action to complete the task. I have also learned that, when my level of faith and belief is high, the corresponding actions occur naturally. I don’t feel like I’m forcing anything or working. Everything seems to flow so much more easily. When you think and act with the belief that your desire is already done, you tend to act with greater confidence, which also enhances the quality of whatever action your taking, thus helping the visual results appear much quicker.

Remember, God will grant you whatever you ask for in prayer (or something better) if you believe. Believe that He can bless you and that he definitely wants to bless you abundantly (God delights in the prosperity of His servant – Psalm 35:27). Your job is to simply believe this, and the fact that anything you desire is already an accomplished fact. Visualize this, proclaim it, and feel joyful and thankful. Keep attentive in prayer to determine what further steps you need to take, and move in that direction. I have seen the amazing results of this process in my own life, and I know you will too. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

Powerful Guidance for Meditation – And How to Maximize Its Benefits

May 11, 2020

Meditation is a mysterious, powerful tool we can use to bring us closer to God and to rapidly manifesting His will for us. For those that don’t really understand what meditation is all about, it brings to mind weird scenes of people sitting cross-legged and “omming” continuously. Although some may meditate that way, and that is certainly not a problem as long as they feel comfortable with that, there is far more to mediation, and what it can do to improve the quality of our lives.

Many people avoid meditation because they don’t truly understand what it is, nor do they understand its amazing benefits. I hope to clarify both of those ideas in this article. Also, I mention mediation as one of the key initial ingredients in the rapid manifestation formula in my book The Ease and Keys of Rapid Manifestation. For me, the best definition I’ve seen for meditation is in one of the best books I’ve ever read called “The I AM Discourses.” This book does a wonderful job of showing us who we actually are, and how to utilize the amazing power within us. I highly recommend you read it. In Chapter 9, it mentions meditation and defines it very simply… “meditation really means feeling the presence of God.” That’s it! I don’t think you can find a more simple, true definition of what meditation really is. That in itself is the whole point. Stilling your body and mind and simply focusing on God and his beautiful presence. If you can spend even a few minutes a day doing that, you will see quick, positive, and powerful changes in your life.

While in meditation, it is important to maintain your focus on God and His wonderful presence. In the I Am book, author Godfre Ray King adds, “when one attempts to enter meditation, he cannot drag all the disturbance that has beset him during the day along with him.” Sometimes this is easier said than done. So the advice given is to “consciously remove from the feeling and attention every disturbing thing, enter into your meditation to feel the presence of God, and do not revolve your troubles.”

This process is so simple and peaceful. You can do it for 5 minutes or 5 hours. You can do it once a day or several times throughout your day. Its main benefits are that it brings you closer to God, which then results in an incredible peace. It helps you realize He is right there with you to protect you and help you accomplish anything. It also brings your mind and emotional vibration to a much a higher state. This is beneficial because as your energy vibration increases and stays in a more positive state, it attracts circumstances into your life that match the high emotional level. Also, those troubles that you are putting to the side as you focus on God and his power, seem to gradually and magically disappear.

Meditation doesn’t have to be a weird, mysterious process. You can use it regularly to bring yourself closer to God, know who you really are, and keep your mind and heart at a peaceful and powerful vibration that attracts excellence into your life. So what are you waiting for? Still your mind and experience the amazing peace and manifestations that meditation brings. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

Your Ultimate Guide to Manifesting Your Dream Life

April 1, 2020

I found this excellent step-by-step guide for the manifestation of your goals…

Journal with Haley

The idea of “manifesting” change in your life might sound a little woo-woo, but it’s more than making a wish and idly standing by until it comes true.

Manifestation can be defined as “bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief” — but it’s also the act of taking radical steps toward change. It’s not only about hope and belief, but also about action and power.

Through the active practice of manifestation, you can make real changes that lead to living your dream life. I’ve read about enough people using this practice to get their dream jobs, attract a loving partner or make their wildest fantasies come true that I believe it works.

I don’t pretend to understand why, but whether psychological or spiritual in nature, manifestation is the real deal — and here’s how to start using it in your own life.

Understand the Law of Attraction.

A Biblical Perspective on the Law of Attraction

January 27, 2020

One of my main goals in this space is to show how the ideas on Law of Attraction and those in the Bible go hand in hand. I firmly believe that the Law of Attraction, and dare I say many of the laws of science are Biblical.

In essence, the Law of Attraction says that what we receive in life is a direct reflection of the thoughts we think in our minds and the corresponding emotions we feel in our hearts. Basically, if we think and maintain positive thoughts, along with emotions such as love, joy, and gratitude, we will experience them in our lives.

I have studied this and lived it enough to know that it alone is totally true. As a Christian, I have found plenty of Bible verses to show that this is not just some modern-day thinkers trying to brainwash people into New Age philosophy. It is actual Biblical truth. It gets a bad name because many people use this law (which is as true a law as gravity, electricity, etc.) in a greedy fashion instead of using it for the greater good of humanity.

One key Bible verse that I’ve reflected on recently, is from Proverbs 4:23. The verse says, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it”. An even simpler version says, “More than anything you guard, protect your mind, for life flows from it.” I also love the Expanded Bible version which says, “Be careful what you think [L Above all that you guard, protect your heart], because ·your thoughts run your life [L life flows from it].

In my opinion, it can’t be any more clear that there is a direct correlation between the thoughts we think, what we feel in our heart and the quality of our lives. As a Christian, I understand that God’s will is supreme. I know that life is not always great, and there are reasons (often unknown) for that. Overall though, it is a simple fact, and if you don’t want to believe in the Law of Attraction information that the world supplies, go with the Biblical information that God Himself provides for us.

I will say it again, and I believe it more firmly every day. If you want a high quality, joyful life, then think high-quality thoughts. Follow the Biblical advice of thinking on whatever is good, honorable, and worthy of praise. To experience full joy, start from within. Be grateful for the big things and even the little ones. Then you will experience situations in your life that will be joyful for you and for those around you. When you create positive emotions, you will be given life situations that will also create those positive emotions.

I can write books on this topic (I actually have), and I hate to limit it to a short space here. However, as I further reflected on this verse, I found other articles that communicate the same message. I share them with you here…..

How to Guard Your Heart

What Does Guard Your Heart Mean in the Bible?

Remember what the verse says…protect your heart because your life flows from it. Be sure to think beautiful, joyful thoughts. Then the Bible says the same type of life will follow. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

A Sick Reminder of Who I Really Am

February 26, 2019

I have been a practicing Christian for over 30 years. I have also been a student of the Law of Attraction (which I believe works hand in hand with Christianity) for the past ten. Even with those long time frames, I still receive reminders that I am not applying the power of each in my life as much as I could. Here is a recent example…

Over the past weekend, I was battling a sickness, a mini flu bug. On Sunday, it was a major project just to get off the couch or out of bed. I didn’t eat much, so I was further weakened because of that. I missed a fun family gathering, but passed the day watching a Nascar race, and just enjoying a peaceful day.

Monday would be my first day back to work after a week vacation. We are discouraged from taking the first day off after a vacation, so since we were experiencing a windstorm in the Buffalo area of almost hurricane force all day and night (an unusual event in our city) I thought maybe the school I work at would close and I would get another day to recover. I actually found out Sunday night that the wish was granted, and an immediate peace came over me as I would indeed get another day to recover without having to call in.

The problem was that when I woke up early Monday morning, I felt just as bad if not worse than I felt the day before. It was then where I realized that a lot of this sickness had to do with my thinking. Sure, I know sometimes God allows us to become sick for reasons only known to Him. And I thought maybe this was one of those times. However, as I lay there, I still decided to get my mind thinking correctly and aligning it to who I really am. You see, who I really am (and who you really are) is a being that shares the spirit of God. The kingdom of heaven is in our midst, which after looking up a true definition of midst, I learned that it means our essence or very being. Another Bible verse says in HIm we live and move and have our being.

I was reminded that the Spirit that I am a part of is perfect and whole. It is never sick, and in fact does not even know sickness. At that moment, I said a prayer asking that I would be led to keep my mind focused completely on who I really am. As I lay in bed and did this, an almost immediate peace took over. I fell asleep for about two hours. When I woke up, I felt wonderful! Sure, I was still stuffy and coughing and had some lingering effects of the sickness. However, I easily got out of bed, made some breakfast, and did my morning routine as if it was a Saturday (even though it was a Monday). I took the day slow, but felt better and better throughout.

Did I heal myself? No, God did. However, I am willing to take some credit for the time frame in which it happened, and I thank God for answering my prayer. I prayed that I would keep my mind focused on who I really am instead of focusing on the sickness. Remember, a key idea of the Law of Attraction is that the thoughts and ideas you focus on are the outcomes that manifest in your life. As that prayer was answered, and I kept my mind focused correctly, I believe the healing happened faster than it would have otherwise.

I thank God for this excellent reminder, and I share it willingly with anyone patient enough to have read this far. Remember who you really are and who you really belong to. God is with you in every moment, and you are with Him every moment. And when you keep your mind focused on this truth and the truth of whatever it is you are looking to get through or accomplish, you are much more likely to see it come into being. Enjoy that blessing 🙂

A Different Question to Ask to Manifest Your Desires

January 14, 2019

If you are somewhat familiar with the Law of Attraction and manifesting your desires, you most likely have learned the right question to ask and the ones not to ask. For example, we are told to ask and answer the question “what”? What is it exactly that we want to manifest? We are told to not ask the question “how”? When we focus on how our desire is going to manifest, we lose focus, begin to doubt, and drastically slow the process of manifesting our desire.

As I’ve studied this topic further, I have been advised to consider a different question. That question is “why”? Why do we want what we want? It’s a great question to ask. I say that because it keeps us focused on the real reasons we want what we want. If you want a million dollars, why? It’s probably because you would have the freedom to do what you want whenever you want. If you want to lose 20 lbs., why? It’s most likely because of how good you would feel physical, and the mental satisfaction of the positive looks and compliments you would receive. You want a significant other in your life, why? Because of the feelings of fulfillment and companionship.

Whatever it is you truly desire, there are reasons you have that desire. There are certain positive feelings it would bring if you had it. When you focus on why you want what you want, you bring those feelings to the front of your mind. You then increase your overall vibration to a positive one. If we dig deeper into the Law of Attraction, it states that we manifest what we think about, and even more so, what we feel. So here is the key…focus on the positive feelings you would have if you already had what your desire. Live in those feelings and the positive state they bring. When you do that, it brings you closer and closer to the manifestation of your desire until you actually live it for real.

Do you want to see those millions of dollars sooner? Live in that freedom now. Remember, where the spirit of the Lord is, there IS freedom! Don’t go way above your means, but perhaps find a way to do some of those things you are thinking about doing if you had more money. If you want the weight to come off faster, think positively about yourself NOW! Feel the inner beauty of your being. Buy clothes now that you would buy once the weight is off. Feel good no matter what you are doing. The same is true if you are seeking a relationship. Feel fulfilled NOW!

Whatever it is you desire, ask yourself why. Then focus on those reasons and live in them. If you do this consistently, the other questions of how and where will be answered for you, and your “when” will be sooner than later. I challenge you to try this, and I believe you will be very pleasantly surprised and rewarded. Enjoy the blessings!!
