An Exact Definition of Manifestation and How to Use it To Reach Your Goals

July 20, 2016

Those of you who are familiar with the Law of Attraction are familiar with the term manifestation. In fact, it’s the ultimate goal. We keep our minds focused on positive outcomes, make sure we are feeling good and keeping our vibration high so we can “manifest” our greatest desires.

The question I recently pondered and I now ask you is… what exactly is manifestation? And how does knowing the answer to this question help me? Knowing the answers to these questions can make a big difference in your life and help you “manifest” more rapidly.

I recently wrote an article called, “What Exactly is Manifesting?” which answers the questions above. I recommend you check it out to make your goals and desires a reality. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

With God All Things Are Possible

August 31, 2015

With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). Do you believe this today? For many of you, it is easy to answer yes. However, I will ask again…do you really believe this? I ask because of my own response. I firmly believe that through God all things are possible. If you asked me this question I would say yes without hesitation. Yet, as much as my faith has grown in leaps and bounds in the past few years, my actions don’t always indicate my belief in this powerful concept.

I know that all things are possible with God. Yet why do I still hold back at times? Why do I still doubt? If you are asking yourself those same questions, you are not alone. However, if you want to experience the greatness that God has for you, it is time to start not only believing this verse, but living it.

A great wake up call for me was when I read a quote from someone (I cannot recall the source) that said we have two choices of who to believe…God or the devil. He said that when one doubts, they are in essence believing the devil’s lies over God’s truth. Of course, this shook me to the core. I didn’t want to be accused of siding with the devil, but I didn’t have to think about it long to realize I was doing that every time I doubted. When I doubted, I was completely disregarding this verse I said I believed. I knew I had to act quickly and start believing the Father of all possibility instead of the father of lies.

There are two main ways I started to bring my mind to focus on all possibility instead of doubt:

  1. Besides the above verse, I found as many verses as I could about faith and the promises of God. Here is an excellent list… 15 Verses on What The Bible Says About All Things Are Possible The more you focus on God and His wonderful promises, the more your faith increases, and the less you believe the devil’s lies.
  2. Affirmation and visualization – I often share about the power of repeating positive phrases and visualizing these situations in my mind. The more your subconscious mind hears these words, sees the beautiful pictures, and feels the powerful emotions, the more it is convinced of its truth.

I will ask again…do you believe that with God all things are possible? If you do, let it show in your actions as you move confidently and successfully through your day. If you don’t, follow the steps above and let its truth sink into your mind. Then the confident actions will occur automatically, and your faith will grow exponentially. Every desire and goal you can imagine is a true possibility. Just believe it, and watch it manifest before your eyes. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

A 3 Letter Word to Use For Miracles

March 30, 2015

I would like you to start by thinking of a miracle you would like to see in your life. Visualize it for a minute or two. Bathe in the emotion of seeing it realized, and feel as you would when (not if) it takes place.

If only it was that easy for your miracle to occur. Well, I have good news. It is this easy, if not easier. Visualization and faith are key ingredients for your dream miracle to become reality. However, I have been reminded many times lately of another way to make it happen. When I see and hear the same idea many times in different places in a short period of time, that’s when I know God is speaking to me.

This idea I have been reminded of is the power of asking. This simple 3 letter word, ASK, is a small yet powerful key in receiving what you desire. It’s all over the Bible… Ask and it will be given to you (Matt 7:7); Whatever you ask for in prayer, believing that you already have it, will be yours (Mark 11:24); You may ask me for anything in My name and I will do it (John 14:14). If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish and it will be given to you (John 15:7).

The above verses are powerful enough, and meditating on even one or two of them consistently could be life-changing. There are plenty more where these came from. I recommend finding one that most strikes your emotional cord and making it a part of your being.

One idea that’s helped me a great deal in my personal growth is finding detailed, exact definitions for simple words. We’ve used the word ask all of our lives. We know what it means. However, I dug a bit deeper. Here are some definitions (taken from dictionary.com) of the word ASK, and then I will explain how we can apply it in our prayer life.

  • to try to get by using words; to request
  • to solicit from
  • to demand; expect
  • to call for; need; require

When you ask God for a miracle, in essence you are doing all of these. As I learn more about God, I can see how these apply. For example, when God created the world, He spoke it into existence. When Jesus calmed the storm, he spoke to the waves and demanded that they stop. When He healed people, He spoke the word and it was done.

This power of asking also lies in your hands. Know exactly what you want. Then use your words to ask God to make it happen. Know that you can expect to receive what you ask for. There are only two conditions to receiving your desire when you ask. One is that it is within God’s will. Now please don’t make the mistake many people do (and I did for a long time) with this concept. They use this concept of God’s will as a “maybe-ness” to receiving their desire, like maybe God wants to grant this or maybe He doesn’t. It’s not like that at all. It simply means that as long as your desire is part of God’s nature it is good. That means that asking for greater health, improving your relationships, and getting out of debt are all within His will. Asking to hook up with the beauty at the desk next to you (even though you’re both married) or for something that will hurt someone else are examples of something outside of God’s will that He will not answer. So unless it’s something you know is wrong, don’t be afraid to ask!

The second condition is that you give the glory to God. You can do nothing without Him. When your main focus is that God will be glorified when your miracle takes place, it will supercharge the manifestation of your desire. It’s only a matter of time until you reap the benefits.

If you have held back from asking God for miracles due to fear, lack of worthiness, or whatever reason, now is the time to realize that He wants you to ask. And when you do, He is ready and willing to bless you in ways you can’t even imagine. Use your words, call for His assistance, and expect the blessing. The see the great things God can do 🙂

Will Your Fears Come to Pass?

March 9, 2015

I received some excellent information from my pastor the other day. He said 99% of our fears never come to pass. I don’t know the exact source of this information, but I certainly believe it.

Fear is one of the greatest reasons we don’t reach our goals. Now, knowing that what we fear almost never occurs in reality, don’t let it stop you! Instead of focusing on fear and self-imposed limitation, focus on what great possibilities exist, and the unlimited potential within you.

Many times in the Bible, God says do not fear, but be strong and courageous. Notice what happens when this advice is followed. Miracles happen and conquests are made.

It’s ok to receive fearful thoughts. Those will always arrive. The key is to dismiss those thoughts, and shift your thinking to faithful thoughts that will enable you to act on and realize your dreams. By doing so, your dreams will come to pass more than 99% of the time. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

Can Reaching Your Goals Be This Simple?

March 7, 2015

believe in myself

I share often on this space about formulas to rapidly manifest your goals and doing what it takes to make it happen. I believe strongly in these formulas. I have written books about them and use them regularly in my own life.

There are times when I start over-complicating things. You may do the same. Instead of sticking with the basics, you think you need to get fancy and go over the edge to make things happen. You then get frustrated when you remain stuck, even with this extra effort.

I was reminded today of the importance of keeping things as simple as possible. I was reading part of a book called “Three Magic Words”. It was actually two magic words that stood out…thought and faith. I share often how powerful your thoughts are and how you can shape your life by controlling them. Yet as much as I know about the topic, I still sometimes get into the habit of making things much more complicated than they should be.

It is amazing how, by keeping your thoughts positive, you invite positive situations into your outer world. Combine these positive thoughts with the faith that you can achieve it, and you have a combination like no other. You don’t have to look beyond this or do anything crazy. As often as you can, check-in with what you are thinking. Are you focusing on what you desire? Are you feeling as though you already have it? Do you know without a doubt that you are worthy of receiving it?

The key is to focus squarely on what you want. Keep it locked in your imagination and don’t give any thought to what is or could be holding you back. Know that if God is for you no one can be against you and that all things are possible to him or her who believes.

You may be asking, aren’t I supposed to take some kind of action as well? I can’t just wish my way towards my dreams. You are correct. However, it’s amazing how when you focus on the feeling of already living your dream and demonstrating the faith of its inevitable realization, the motivation to act and knowledge of what to do is engrained. It happens almost automatically. It doesn’t seem like drudgery or hard work.

I recommend keeping this as simple as possible today. Focus on the basics of positive thought and faith. It’s amazing how far just these concepts can take you. There are things you can do like affirmations and visualization to speed up the process, but just by focusing on these two things…positive thought and faith…you can quickly move yourself to the life you desire. I am full confident of this fact. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

Turning Fear Into Faith

February 25, 2015

faith pic

What is one of the biggest reasons you are not reaching your goals? The answer is most likely fear. It is amazing how crippling fear is. It is often the one deterrent that prevents us from living the life we want to live.

On the other hand, faith is one of the greatest reasons for successfully accomplishing your goals. In all of the great miracles in the Bible and even today, faith is an integral part of the miracle taking place.

How do you go from fear to faith? I describe several ways in an article I wrote called For Removing Fears Try This. If you are having difficulty removing the fears that prevent you from moving forward, I recommend this article to you.

Don’t let fear paralyze you. Turn it into the necessary faith to make your dreams come true. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

The Biggest Mistake Goal-Setters Make

January 5, 2015

At the time I am writing this article, we are still only days into a new year. Optimism reigns as people make New Years resolutions and set new goals for the coming year, hoping to make positive changes in their lives.

Goals pic

This may be something you do on a regular basis, or perhaps it’s your first attempt at major goal-setting. Perhaps you are reading this in the middle of the year as you set some type of goal. Regardless, I believe the information presented here can help you as it has me.

There is a major problem in setting goals. I’ve been guilty of it, and many other people haven’t reached their goals because of it. It stems from the last line in paragraph 1. The problem is hoping to make changes. How often have you done it? You set a goal, and instead of pursuing it with confidence, you hope and wonder if it’s something that will ever be realized, and end up procrastinating and avoiding the action you need to get there.

At this point, you may ask how do you get around the doubts and take focused action instead of simply hoping to accomplish the goal? One of the best bits of advice I’ve ever heard is one I picked up from listening to an Anthony Robbins audio. His advice was to simply make the goal a must. In other words, no maybes. No hoping. You need to have an attitude that you will do whatever it takes to make this goal happen, along with the faith of knowing that it can and will happen.

In her book “You Are a Badass”, Jen Sincero provides similar advice. She says to place your full focus on the goal, decide with unwavering faith that it will happen, and do all you know how to do, regardless of how much or how little it is.

If you are not one for advice from modern authors, how about one from the Bible? The apostle James says that when you ask God for wisdom (or anything else) you must believe and not doubt because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

I don’t know about you, but I want positive responses from my Lord. I want the benefits of His power, not His rejection because I don’t have the faith that my goal can be accomplished. How do you receive that Godly backing and a rapid manifestation of your desire? Follow the advice of these authors. Go all in. Don’t think for a second that there’s a way out. Make it a must, a no way around it, a definite accomplishment that WILL happen, not one that might happen.

I know from personal experience that when I approach goals like this, they become my reality. The key is to have this mentality for all of your goals, no matter how big or small they are. As you set your expectations (I prefer this term over resolutions) be sure to avoid the mistake of placing maybes over them. Instead, develop the mindset that there is no option of these goals failing to materialize. Be single-minded, full of faith, and willing to act to make it come true. That combination can only make it happen. Please share your success stories when they do. Enjoy the blessings 🙂

I also remind you of another way you can jumpstart your desired success in reaching your goals. This free resource contains the formula that has helped me and countless others rapidly manifest their goals. Click here for your free copy…

A Two Word Prayer That Creates Miracles

August 12, 2014

If only there was a magic word or phrase you could use in prayer to produce power and blessing in your life. It would be nice, right?

What if I told you there were two simple words you can use in your prayers to create the success and blessings you are seeking? I am sure you would want to know.

Due to the fact that I don’t believe in withholding information from my audience, I will gladly share. Before I do, I will tell you that these are two words you use on a regular basis. At least I hope you do 🙂

Are you ready? If you want to add great power to your prayers and increase the likelihood that you will live your dreams, use these simple words and mean them…THANK YOU! When you use these words sincerely, they are powerful in many ways. In any regular interaction, when you say thank you to someone, they feel appreciated, and it adds to your happiness as well. When you regularly say thank you to people, they want to do more for you. It’s the same when you thank God. I say all the time that I believe the more you are thankful for even the little things, the greater blessings you will receive.

In addition to the benefits of demonstrating gratitude that I mention above, I believe it goes far beyond that, especially when you pray. As mentioned, when you are thankful for what you have, you receive more. However, I have been challenged by several authors and speakers to take it a step further. It is very powerful, and I share the suggestion with you. Before your prayer has been answered and before you even have what you desire, say THANK YOU!

I have shared this concept of thank you in advance before. I have followed this advice and reaped its benefits. I was recently reminded about it again and felt the need to share. Saying thank you in advance is beneficial in several ways:

  • It maintains a feeling of gratitude – Instead of focusing on the fact that you don’t have your desire yet, you focus on the joyful expectation of having it. It’s this positive feeling that brings the desire faster.
  • It helps increase your faith – When you are saying thank you even though you haven’t experienced your wish yet, you are demonstrating the faith Jesus condones in Mark 11:23 when he says that if you pray and believe you already have what you desire, it will be yours.
  • It motivates you to action – When you are thankful and faithful that your fulfilled wish is only a matter of time from manifesting, you are much more likely to take the action necessary to make it happen. Instead of procrastinating, you are looking for any opportunity to act and accomplish the goal sooner than later.

These are just a few ways that saying thank you and maintaining the attitude of gratitude as you pray for your desire can make it happen, and bring it about quickly. This is because it keeps your thoughts and feelings right, and provides the feeling of having your desire now. It is this combination that helps rapidly manifest any goal.  If you follow this mindset you will not only be saying thank you in advance, but you will be saying many more after the wish comes true.

If you are seeking further ways to experience your goals and desires quickly, I recommend you check out my free e-book. The Ease and Keys of Rapid Manifestation. I thank you in advance for reading 🙂

Faith That Your Desire Is Already Here

July 21, 2014

It is said that one of the most efficient ways to rapidly manifest your desires is to imagine that you already have it. I have seen this proof in my own life. Besides, the Bible says that if you believe you already have what you ask for, it will be yours.

The problem is that this faith is not always easy to maintain, especially when the time to realize your desires is much longer than you would like.

Many of you already know some of the popular Bible verses about faith. The most common is the definition provided in Hebrews which labels faith as the assurance of things hoped for (knowing what you want) and evidence of what we don’t see. I often refer to this verse, and I was recently shown another one that I never really pondered before. This verse sheds some powerful light on some concepts I have learned in the past and really helped put things together for me. I hope it does the same for you.

The verse is Romans 4:17. It says that God gives life to the dead, and calls into being things that were not. Another translation says He speaks of future events with as much certainty as if they were already past. What this tells me is that with God, your desire already exists as a completed event. It’s already in His hands. When you lean on Him to bring what doesn’t exist into manifestation, you are in essence demonstrating the assurance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen.

I remind you again that your entire, completed future is in God’s hands. He has it completed and already mapped out. What this tells me, is that in Him, what we desire already exists. I believe you can manifest your desires quickly if you can see the future events you desire “with as much certainty as if it were already past”. I believe this is the type of faith God is looking for, and when He sees it in you, He will be quicker to act on your behalf.

When you realize that your desires already exists in God’s kingdom, and see it as something already in progress, you are following the Bible verse alluded to earlier about believing that you already have it. Again, Jesus PROMISES that this type of faith will result in you receiving what you desire.

This concept never really made sense to me, but this verse from Romans has certainly clarified it for me. I hope I can help you do the same, and help you realize that God sees your wish as an already accomplished fact. When you align with Him and this belief, it will be a past tense manifestation in reality. I challenge you to reflect on this and apply it in your life. Please share when the blessings arrive 🙂

There Is No Maybe In Faith

July 10, 2014

We all want to increase our faith, right? I believe the answer is obvious, and I join you in saying a resounding YES!

The problem is that as some people travel this road to greater faith, I hear another word that creates a major obstacle, causing  them to stumble and impede the progress they were making. That word is…maybe.

How many times do you hear it? Maybe I can get that job I’ve been wanting. Maybe I can fit into that dress or suit by next month. Maybe we’ll have the money by then. The list goes on and on. You don’t always hear the maybe word. Others like perhaps, might, and possibly also find their way into our conversations.

If you are seeking to increase your faith, those words cannot be part of the equation. I know because I see it in my own life. When I use the words maybe, it would be nice, etc., I am basically telling God that I don’t want what He has promised. He is not like the parent who says maybe simply because they cannot make up their mind at the time. He is fully ready and willing to provide the miracle we are seeking.

When I reflect on this, I am reminded of the verse in James which says “But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.  That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.  Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do”. What does double-minded mean? According to another translation of the same verse, it means divided between the world and God. In a nutshell, believing in the world’s standards means focusing on limits, obstacles, and the way people say things should be. When we say maybe, we are trying to have faith in God, but still holding on to the world’s limits at the same time.

How do you solve this? Single-minded faith. Being single-minded means focusing on what God can do, which is anything and everything. Don’t worry about what might happen, how it will happen, or what people might say or how they will react. And don’t worry if you don’t see it right away because You Don’t Have to See it To Believe It. Instead think like your wish is an imminent occurrence. Say things like that job is mine; I will look great in that dress or suit; What are we going to do with all of that money? You are not being unrealistic saying things like this. In fact, you are being more realistic because if you demonstrate that single-minded faith, it is much more likely that God will make it happen than you lacking money, work, or good health.

I challenge myself and you my reader to think like this consistently. If you haven’t thought this way in the past, it will take some practice. Saying these things and training yourself to think this way is great practice. Like anything else, if you do it enough it becomes habit, and once this single-minded faith becomes a habit, it will be your life.

What is your top desire? Have faith, pray, and know that it is in the process of coming true starting now. Enjoy the blessings 🙂
